Namco Bandai has just announced that they will have three games ready for the launch of Sony’s PlayStation Vita, which is set for February 22nd, 2012. The titles are Touch My Katamari, Ridge Racer, and Shinobido 2: Revenge of Zen. Namco claims that their launch titles will be taking full advantage of what the Vita has to offer.
In Touch My Katamari (a series that yours truly loves), players will control their ever-growing ball with either the touch screen or analog sticks. They will also be able to stretch the ball in order to get through some tight spaces. With Ridge Racer, fans will be able to use Vita’s “near” and Wi-Fi functions to instantly play with others world-wide. Lastly, in Shinobido 2: Revenge of Zen, players will become master assassins and will be taken through a story of betrayal and intrigue.
