Transmission T²: Kids Keeping the Spirit of Gaming Alive

Long live play.

In the spirit of the newest Sony ad, “Michael”, we have a video that is in the same spirit.  Sony’s new campaign, “Long Live Play”, started off as something confusing.  Gamers were sure that this was some new unannounced game or service and they anxiously waited a new clue in this mystery.  What finally emerged was still satisfying, but in a different way.  We were presented with a video where various video game characters were memorializing a gamer, namely “Michael”, for being there throughout all their trials.  At the end of the video, the camera pans up to the ceiling after we see a picture of Michael and we then see a few hundred more pictures of gamers.

So we come to today’s video, of kids living to the spirit of gaming.  They are handling everyday situations the same way they would handle games.  It suggests perhaps that games let kids be kids.  It should be noted that this video was actually not produced by Sony at all, and is fan made.

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.
