If you already have a PlayStation Vita (you probably don’t), you’ll be glad to know that the Vita’s online store is now accessible to the U.S. market.  It seems that said market has gotten ahead of itself.  Aside from this announcement that the online store is active, it seems that GameStop is already selling a few of their Vita titles early.  These titles appear to be only obtainable online.  If you have a Vita by some chance — whether it be an imported Japanese model or a domestic model — you can check out the online store as of now.
