HardOCP reports that the once great graphics card manufacturer has now rejected RMA’s for its products. One of HardOCP’s readers has given them an image of the letter showing the information BFG Tech has given him. Below is a copy of the image.
BFG Tech did fall on some hard times, but was still supporting their products. Unfortunately, it looks like the end is now for the graphics manufacturer. They provided the best support of their products with lifetime warranties, and also the greatly appreciated trading in of the AGP Graphics with PCI-E graphics cards at no charge. It is definitely a sad day in the world of computer hardware.
