Good news for fans of Magicka. The good folks at Arrowhead Game Studios and Paradox Interactive have delivered unto us free DLC via a Steam update. Titled “Mea Culpa“, the DLC includes the following:
– One “bugged” staff that summons a swarm of bugs.
– One sword, “broken sword”.
– One “patched” robe.
– One Magick: “Crash to Desktop” which zaps a friend or foe.
This free DLC follows a patch (1.3.5.0) which fixed a number of bugs, including:
– Corrected some magicks cast animations.
– Fixed an issue in which the audio engine would cause a crash when quitting the game.
Some features were also added, like camera shaking effects. The full patch info thread can be found here: Patch #11
