Nintendo has finally seen fit to disclose its release schedule for the already-in-progress second quarter. Many of the releases for the 3DS and Wii during the time frame are, unsurprisingly, licensed shovelware. It’s not all bad though; Nintendo fans will undoubtedly be excited to learn that The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will be releasing on June 19. A remake of the seminal N64 game, Ocarina incorporates upgraded controls and visuals into Link’s classic adventure.
A brand new Wii title was also announced: Wii Play: Motion. The title is a sequel to Wii Play and will launch on June 13 with a black Wiimote and includes 12 mini-games. None of the mini-games were revealed, and the game’s official description reads simply: “More information coming soon“. Nevertheless, the game will no doubt be familiar to anyone who played its predecessor.
