In Rockstar’s upcoming L.A. Noire, players will rise through the ranks of the LAPD as Detective Cole Phelps. In addition to branches of the Los Angeles Police Department such as traffic and homicide, Phelps will also assist the vice squad in cleaning up the streets of the City of Angels. A trailer released today delves into some of the cases Cole will be investigating while he is a member of that particular team. According to Rockstar, the experience will include cases involving “junkie-killing morphine, illicit boxing match fixes, and [Cole will] come face to face with some of the town’s most notorious mobsters.”
