3DS Adaptation of Sonic Generations Might be in the Works

Is Sonic planning to celebrate his 20th anniversary on the go?

An earnings statement from Sega Sammy seems to indicate that a Sonic’s upcoming 20th anniversary outing is heading to Nintendo’s handheld. The holiday 2011 platformer was previously only announced for the PC, PS3 and 360. Andriasang translated the earnings statement, but cautions that this might not necessarily be confirmation that Sonic Generations is headed to the 3DS; it could simply be a mistake. Only time — and likely E3 — will tell for certain.
