New Ocarina of Time 3D Trailer Emerges

Check out this new footage of Grezzo's Zelda remake.

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D’s June 19 release in North America is fast approaching and Nintendo is ramping up their promotional efforts. Last week, they gave us a video of the game’s opening title screen. Now, we’ve got a brand new trailer courtesy of the Kyoto, Japan-based publisher.

The video shows Link fighting classic bosses King Dodongo and Queen Gohma. You’ll also see close-up shots of the Hero of Time drawing the Master Sword from its pedestal in the Temple of Time. That particular segment does a tremendous job of showing off how much improved Link’s facial features are over the original 1998 release. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like the same attention was given to Ganondorf. Link’s nemesis still looks quite blocky and less impressive than the green-clad Hylian boy. Nevertheless, developer Grezzo appears to have done a commendable job bringing the game into the 21st century.
