No More Heroes’ Paradise Release Date Revealed

Unlike the NFL, Travis Touchdown will definitely be returning this August.

Action fans and anime-creepers rejoice; Konami has announced that No More Heroes’ Paradise will launch for PS3 on August 16 in North America. Paradise came out in Europe today and marks the series’ first appearance on an HD console outside of Japan. The previously Wii-only franchise is known best for its over-the-top blood splatters and 8-bit inspired design and sound. Oh, and also for generally being extremely weird in a fun and disturbing sort of way. Yes, I’m talking about the whole save your game on the toilet thing here. Anyways, the title takes advantage of the PlayStation Move, and will also be getting a Move-enabled Japanese re-release (Paradise was previously unleashed overseas without Move support) that is subtitled ‘Red Zone Edition’.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to check on my eBay Beam Katana bid.
