Oddworld Inhabitants has announced its plans to release the HD remake of the Xbox launch title, Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath, this summer on the PSN. In addition to this news, they reconfirmed that the Munch’s Odysee re-release is still coming in the fall.
Stranger’s Wrath was previously brought over to the PC at the end of 2010, but was a bare bones port of the original. It had previously been announced that a patch would eventually bring the PS3 upgrades over to the PC game. Also recall that Just Add Water made a breakthrough last month in their attempts to make an XBLA release a reality. Today’s press release made no mention of either of those versions of the game.
