5 for $5 Adds a Sixth Game

Five for five is now six for five, but it's still five for five. Anybody else getting a headache?

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.

Remember that crazy 5 games for $5 deal that we informed you of last week? Apparently that just wasn’t a good enough deal, because a sixth title has now been thrown in and the price is still “less-than-tube-socks.” Joining the bundle is Star-Twine. The strategy game “turns the player into a tiny point of light, battling for survival in procedurally generated, fully 3D worlds.”

Despite the confusion that it may cause, the bundle will still be name “5 for $5,” even though it now contains a sixth game. Try not to think about it too much. You can get the indie titles over at the Buy Games Not Socks web site from now until July 3rd. And if you already threw down five buckaroos for the original five, head on over there to get Star Twine free-of-charge.
