Fans of Mode 7’s Frozen Synapse, a turn-based strategy game, will further rejoice with the release of a new trailer and soundtrack for the popular game. Indie games can always be a gamble when being released out into the world; but in this case, the developers have admitted that the success of the game far surpassed their expectations. It appeared in the top sellers charts for Steam following release, and met with positive reviews.
In addition to the new trailer, an official soundtrack is being released as a standalone album by co-founder of Mode 7, Paul Taylor. He has signed a deal with “License to Thrill Music” to allow the contents of the soundtrack to be used in TV, film and other avenues. The soundtrack can be found here, and will be discounted for those who had bought or registered their copy of the game with Steam.
