During an interview with Geoff Keighly of game trailers the president of Nintendo America President Regiie Fils-Aime admitted to using footage from other consoles for their third party footage. So this is kind of interesting because third party Wii games in the past have had some problems; most good third party games are on the other consoles. Reggie defended by saying the console is a year away from launch. This probably meant third parties don’t have the ability to to produce footage at this time. The interview had a lot of interesting points that were dodged and worded very carefully, and yet he was open to say that the third party game footage was used from other consoles.
