id Software and publisher Bethesda Softworks have quietly delayed their open-world FPS in a bid to avoid making fanboys feel, well, you know. Rather than making a formal announcement, they simply posted on the game’s official site that it will be arriving on October 4th. The shooter was previously said to be coming on September 13th. Rather than complaining about the move, I suggest you take solace in their decision against scrunching it into the early November release bonanza.
