Batman: Arkham City Trailer Properly Introduces The Penguin

Everyone’s known for quite a bit now that The Penguin would be throwing his own special brand of bat-shit craziness into Arkham City. But this new trailer out of Comic-Con introduces the ol’ bloke all proper-like. We’re not really sure when ~~Danny Devito~~ Oswalt Cobblepot got so in tune with his British side, but whatever. Arkham City releases this October on current consoles and PC and who knows when on the Wii U.
