The first Darksiders was a fun mash-up of elements from the God of War and Legend of Zelda series. In it, War was set up and condemned for prematurely bringing about the apocalypse. (Which was kind of a downer if you were into that whole living thing.) The extended announcement trailer for its sequel gives us a closer look at his horseman brother, Death. Sometime in 2012 we’ll get to see if the old boy — who’s looking pretty spry for his age — can do better when it comes to the only thing these guys exist for.
