Humble Indie Bundle #3 Lets Gamers Pay What They Want and to Whom They Want

Pick up five excellent indie games for whatever you like and give what you pay to either the developers or charity.

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.

Ah, the indie gaming community.  You sure know how to win our hearts and open our wallets.

The newest Humble Indie Bundle offer has officially gone live today with that time-honored tradition of the “pay what you like” billing structure.  Each of the five games in the pack are included for a singular price of your choice: Crayon Physics Deluxe, Cogs, And Yet It Moves, Hammerfight, and VVVVVV.  Even if you have four of the five, it’s worth it just to buy them all over again and each title is DRM free.

One particular note of interest during this year’s Humble Indie Bundle is the way gamers can opt to divvy up their funds.  After deciding the amount the bundle is worth, buyers can choose how much of the total amount they want to give to the developers, the Humble Indie Bundle itself, or the Child’s Play and Electronic Frontier Foundation charities.

We don’t want to waste anymore of your time though as the bundle is a timed offer.  As of the time of this article, over 4,000 bundles have been sold and there are two weeks left in the sale.  The Humble Indie Bundle #3 website can be found here.
