PS3 and 360 versions are still on track.
Ubisoft has announced a delay for the PC iteration of Call of Juarez: The Cartel. According to the publisher, it has slipped back to September, with online retailers now listing it as releasing on the 13th of that month. The PS3 and 360 versions are still headed for a release this Friday, the 19th.
