Samsung Developing PS Vita CPU

Sony has turned to one of its largest electronics rivals for help creating its upcoming handheld.

A report out of The Semiconductor Industry News has revealed that Samsung is the company behind the PS Vita’s CPU.  A 45 nanometer manufacturing process is being put to use for the CPU . Is that good? No, seriously, is it?  I literally have no idea.  The Sony handheld is expected to release at some point later this year — probably in Japan first.
