This nutty Star Fox/David Bowie mash-up has been making the internet rounds today, and it’s so weird and hysterical that we wanted to make sure you guys caught it. It’s pretty difficult to explain the insanity of the video… It starts out calm enough; but soon explores Falco’s love for under-aged chicks, hits on most of the Star Fox memes and — for reasons that are completely lost on me — Scrooge McDuck appears drifting through the vacuum of space at one point. Yeah, that happens. Did I mention that it’s all done with puppets? Because it is.
Even though I can’t rightly break it down, I’m fully confident that this is the best thing that anyone has done with the Star Fox license since Star Fox 64 back in the 90s. So if you’re looking for a fresh way to scratch that Star Fox itch before the remake hits the 3DS in September, this should do the trick.
