Two Kinect games for the price of one? Yes sir. This September, you will have a chance to pick up two Kinect games by Twisted Pixel for the budget price of $39.99. In The Gunstringer, you control a gun slinging marionette through an adventure that combines platforming and shooting mechanics. The game will include plenty of unlockable abilities, collectibles, rewards, and more elements that the dev claims will keep players busy for hours.
A special bonus add-on pack will be available at launch as well. “The Wavy Tube Man Chronicles” will have players battling the first boss of the game’s son as he steals a time machine in order to go back in time to prevent his father’s death. Gamers will battle western cowboys and futuristic soldiers during that particular quest.
When The Gunstringer releases it will come with a token for the downloadable game Fruit Ninja Kinect. This game will be available for Xbox Live Arcade on August 10th, but exercising a little patience can net you the Summer of Arcade title for free. Then you can spend your days ninja-ing fruit to your heart’s content. Don’t feel bad; I’m sure the fruit deserved it. This Kinect game bundle will be available in North America on September 13th. And if you pre-order the game from the developer, you will receive two tokens for avatar props.
