ModNation Racers Vita

What? You do better. No really, Sony wants you to rename the game for them.

When a company has been publishing video games for around 17 years, they start to run out of names. Or at least, apparently, Sony does. The publisher and its San Diego studio are so busy ensuring that their ModNation Racers title for Vita turns out well, that they do not have one single minute to spend naming it. Curiously, they do possess the free time required to come up with a naming contest and make an associated blog post. Strange as this may sound, it is all true.

Swing by the PlayStation Blog and submit your idea(s) for the what the game’s official title should be. Note that only submissions made in the comments section of said blog will be considered. If you need some inspiration, Sony has provided some details in the always-popular bullet format.

  • All PS3 user creations will be available on day one for the vita.
  • Create a track in only seconds by drawing it with your finger.
  • With the power of the back touch you can raise terrain with a simple touch.   Likewise the front touch screen allows you to lower terrain in a simple yet powerful manner.
  • The fun of ModNation kart racing remains intact with the advantage of dual analog sticks.
