Like a hyper-violent Shel Silverstein poem, Inversion is going to involve a whole lot of falling up and blowing up. The newest trailer shows off some of the gameplay — or well, as much as you can when you’re trying to use audio cues to line up edits (oh hai, Inception). It’s tough to tell whether or not Inversion can make enough good use of its novel core mechanic to stand apart from other shooters on the market, but the above video shows some of promise.
