Guys and girls have drastically different armor in all games. Men will be covered head to toe in intimidating spikes of metal, with leather and chain mail to go with it. Women on the other hand, are apparently better suited to wearing the Princess Leia outfit from Star Wars (when she gets imprisoned by Jabba). No protection, just pure aesthetic glory. It begs the question, which armor is better? On the one hand you have armor such as you see in Halo:Reach or Mass Effect that covers the female form but obscures it (Halo‘s girl armor is the same as the armor, just smaller). On the other hand you have the chain mail bikini, that look bad ass but will probably get you killed 95% faster. Can we not find a good middle ground?
