Spec Ops Walks the Line in New Teaser

2K Games puts out a release window and new trailer for the military shooter.

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.

Publisher 2K Games revealed today that Yager Development’s Spec Ops: The Line will be releasing sometime during the spring of next year. Along with the release announcement came the above teaser trailer that flies through a version of Dubai in which just about everything has been destroyed aside from a number of working jumbo TV screens that have inexplicably survived the sandstorm that ripped the city to shreds.

The third person shooter will put players in the shoes of Delta Force’s Captain Walker and drop them into “a harrowing rescue mission to save the damned 33rd squad of the U.S. Infantry.” Players will make use of Jager Bombs modern military weapons while fighting through the game’s “hostile environment.”
