Nintendo Power has announced another pair of playable characters for Mario Kart 7. In a bit of a weird move, the publisher has elected to toss in long-time Mario baddie Wiggler and the somewhat obscure Honey Queen from Super Mario Galaxy. These inclusions are kind of strange given all of the other characters Nintendo has in its stable to choose from, but at least you can’t accuse them of doing the same old thing here.
We tried reaching out to Wiggler to ask him why he thinks Nintendo included him over characters that aren’t, you know, worms; but he turned bright red and started charging at us so we got the hell out of there.
