Over 2 Million Mods Downloaded Through Skyrim Workshop

Skyrim isn't going way any time soon.

Just one week after the launch of the Creation Kit, PC gamers have downloaded more than two million mods via the Skyrim Workshop.  With this free tool for the PC version of Skyrim players can create their own custom content.  There are currently over 2,500 mods which have been published by the gaming community that are available for free.

Skyrim was the second best selling game in 2011 and isn’t showing slow down.  Having received so many “Game of the Year” awards from various outlets it’s no surprise that the average number of hours played is over 75 hours.

Cathy enjoys playing video games to relax/escape from a long day. She really likes puzzle games as well as games that have a strong female lead. She is also kind of a poor gamer (as in money), so she tends to pick her games carefully. That way she can get the maximum fun for the cheapest cost.
