Primal Carnage once again sends me some awesome info about my favorite two classes from their game when I played it at PAX East. The very formidable and spunky Velociraptor, versus the well equipped Trapper. As I played the Raptor I took down scores of human players easily with one simple trick, attacking from the side and in bushes! The Raptor’s could jump high, run fast, and hide very well in the bushes. Once you pounced on a human it was usually a done deal with one exception…
The Trapper (which was my favorite for the human side) could easily take out the small dino’s. Trap em with the net gun, then go in for the knife. It was real rough when dealing with many dino’s at once, but not impossible! Dualies are given for dealing damage, but they’re not nearly as fun as netting and knifing a dino with your buddies. Survival of the fittest! The beta is nearing, so get that netgun or those claws ready!
