Last week might have been the closest we’ve gotten to E3 this year, as there were many big announcements made. Bungie kicked off the week by announcing their upcoming expansion: Beyond Light. Not only that, but they also announced their expansions for 2021 and 2022, showing that possibly for the first time they have a clear vision of Destiny’s future. Jaa and TheDude discuss their thoughts.
Hype levels were at maximum later in the week as Sony finally revealed the PS5. We finally got to see the console hardware and what games will look like on the PS5. 26 games were showcased, but only one really showed the advantages of the super fast storage of the PS5. Jaa, Nick, and Kurabara recap the event and discuss whether or not the PS5 is really bringing the future to us.
