We’re back, and Just in time for Mario’s 35th Anniversary. No new Mario game, but Nintendo is re-releasing several of their popular 3D Mario titles on the Switch. Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy will all be available in Super Mario 3D All-stars. Super Mario 3D World will also be making a comeback, with new content added on. Nintendo also announced Mario Kart Live Circuit, where you use remote control Mario Kart toys and build your own tracks in your home using augmented reality. For some reason, some of these items are only available until March 31st, 2021.
Epic is poking at Apple again, renewing their injunction on Apple removing Fortnite from the app store. Additionally, Fornite has started its Marvel Crossover season, with a monument to Black Panther arriving around the same time as the death of Chadwick Boseman. Also, the Biden campaign is reaching out to Animal Crossing players with campaign signs you can use on your island. Finally, we discuss an article from Gamasutra about how the Platform Wars will be fought.
