Looking for something to do at work besides checking Facebook and… you know… WORK? Good, I have just the thing for you. A few days ago I discovered “Noggins” thanks to the Indie Games Blog. Noggins is yet another simple, but challenging game. Your primary task is to match the color and size of the “Noggin” on the screen. If you get the wrong color, it counts as a miss. Three misses and you’re out. You don’t need to get the exact size of the “Noggin”, however, the closer you get to the actual size, the more points you will receive. There is even a percentage bar that shows you how close you are to the actual size of the “Noggin”.
As you progress the game will become more challenging by adding a timer on the time you have to select a color and size. If you let time run out, that will count as a miss. Also, the size of the “Noggin” change more rapidly as time progresses. One of my favorite features of this game is that it keeps your score when you close the browser, even if you don’t have your own account at Kongregate. I recorded a video of the game play because it’s better seen than described. Make sure you thank Chevy Ray Johnston for filling the void of time you call work… or perhaps… life.
