Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Dated

A new dog-fighting video gives us a look at the series reboot.

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.

We’ve got another announcement for you from Namco Bandai’s “Step up Dubai 2011” show. Ace Combat: Assault Horizon will be hitting the 360 and PS3 on October 11 in North America. A European release will follow on the fourteenth. According to Joystiq, a limited version will also be made available. It will include a soundtrack, “exclusive aircraft digital content,” and a notebook signed by the development team. The package will arrive in a steel case.

Although no specific information was divulged, the publisher also brought up Ace Combat 3DS. Aerial combat fans should be pleased to discover that the project is still in the works after a prolonged media blackout.
