Capcom Announces New Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D Character

Barry Burton joins the cast of playable zombie (not-zombie?) killers.

Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D
Capcom has announced that Barry Burton, aka “that guy who called you the master of unlocking”, as a new playable character in Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D.  The S.T.A.R.S member and “gun enthusiast” will apparently be relying heavily on melee attacks and a ridiculously over-sized revolver.   Barry will be joining previously announced characters Chris Redfield, Jack Krauser, Hunk, Jill Valentine, Albert Wesker, Rebecca Chambers and Claire Redfield in the handheld horror romp.  Mercenaries releases on June 28 in North America.
