“The news millions of Halo fans have waited for: Halo 4 is on the way. But that’s not all…” That is the line that Microsoft (seemingly by accident) posted to its E3 site earlier this morning, before removing it lickety-split. This astonishing gaffe occurred mere hours ahead of Microsoft’s press conference, during which we now expect them to officially make said announcements. In other Halo news, the posting also spilled the beans on the heavily rumored Halo: Combat Evolved ten year anniversary remake. “The epic game that launched a universe, remastered for a new generation” read the site. No further details were provided, but the press conference is less than two hours away now.
There was also some information of a few Kinect games that we’re guessing our readers are drastically less interested in. They promised that in Kinect Star Wars, players will “feel the Force like never before as Kinect brings you into the Star Wars universe”. D ance Central 2 and Kinect Sports Season 2 were also spoiled. Season 2 promises “baseball, golf, skiing, tennis, and more”, while Dance will (shockingly) have “new songs and new moves”.
