If you’ve been kicking around the idea of reserving Deep Silver’s Dead Island, you might want to put some thought into doing so at Amazon; those who pre-order with the online retailer will be rewarded with an art book. Sadly, you can’t use the book as a melee weapon against the game’s hordes of crazed, tropical zombies. Too bad Amazon’s legal department shot down the axe that was originally being considered as a bonus giveaway. Dead Island will release for 360, PS3 and PC on September 6th.
