There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.
Ubisoft has elected to show the general public the footage of the demo of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations to which the press was treated to during Gamescom 2011. The video, clocking in at over 10 minutes, focuses on Ezio Auditore’s attempts to break into a Templar base and swipe one of five keys needed to access the library of one Altaïr ibn La-Ahad.
Much of the Revelations footage is focused on the crafting and using of various bombs that will be at players’ disposal when the game releases. Ezio uses items like the trip wire bomb and what I like to call the explodey bomb to avoid pursuers and close in on his prey – the bald-headed guy that fans will remember from the earlier CG trailer. Before wrapping things up, Ubisoft switches gears and shows an Altaïr mission.
