New Deus Ex: Human Revolution Dev Diary

The developers talk about Human Revolution's sound design.

There used to be an embeded media player here, but it doesn't work anymore. We blame the Tumbeasts.

With Deus Ex: Human Revolution being set about 25 years prior to the original Deus Ex, the sound team at Eidos Montreal wanted to make things sound a bit less electronic. That being said, electronic instruments were still used to represent characters that are more cyborg than human. On the flip side, more organic music was implemented for the characters leaning towards the human side of the equation. Human Revolution releases on August 23rd in North America for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
