Speaking strictly on the record, Capcom is getting ready to launch Dead Rising 2: Off the Record on PS3, 360 and PC on October 11th. The publisher describes the game as “a reimagining of the Fortune City outbreak.” To remind you that it is in fact releasing next week, they’ve released the above trailer in which you are reminded more than a couple times that the main character is good ol’ Frank.
