New York City Comic Con 2011 is about to kick off and Capcom is taking advantage of this celebration of all things geek by dropping a new trailer and screens for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. The media offers a first look at two of the new characters being added to the lineup in this version of the game: Nova and Phoenix Wright. One of the two fighters objects to things and points at people; the other shoots gravimetric pulses, opens intergalactic gates, and has superhuman strength, durability, and speed. Do what you will with this information.
UMvC3 will feature a total of 12 new characters, eight new stages and an unannounced number of new modes when it releases on 360 and PS3 next month for $39.99. A PS Vita version is also in the works for the next-gen handheld’s launch window.
