Metal Gear Solid Rising, New Alan Wake, BioWare Game to Be at VGAs

Spike TV's Geoff Keighley teases some big titles that will be at next month's awards show.

“The truth about Metal Gear Solid: Rising will finally be revealed at the 2011 VGAs,” tweeted GTTV’s Geoff Keighley earlier today. Remember Rising? Konami announced the sequel via a trailer that miraculously made fans excited to play as Raiden all the way back during E3 of 2009. The game stealthed its way out of public view immediately after and has set off precious few exclamation points over gamers’ heads in the time since. A new trailer during the December 10th show seems like a certainty, but there’s no telling what else (A release date?) Konami might drop on us next month.

Keighly, not willing to stop the tease-fest there, also unveiled two other games that are sure to have everyone talking. “Alan Wake returns,” he said in a separate tweet. Finally, the GTTV host also mentioned that BioWare plans to unveil “a new game from a new studio.”
