You guessed it, EA has cancelled NBA Live 13; making a habit of pushing Live deeper and deeper into the vault of “No I’m Not Buying That!’ Live hasn’t been an EA favorite for a couple of years now, with 2K being the all time favorite. Back in 2010 EA was thinking about handing the game over to new developers in hopes of saving this raggedy ole franchise. NBA Elite 11 was cancelled after the game was already shipped for reasons of poor poor quality. Not really a surprise there.
Nobody was really looking forward to putting it in their system already, but with the word out on this being the necromancer to fix all their problems, the mancer called out sick. This game was supposed to be “that triumphant return”, but with the latest news I think EA and the world can kiss this game good bye.
