While there may be no playable female assassin’s in Assassin’s Creed Unity, Ubisoft Montreal did add a female as a integral part of the story — her name is Elise. This trailer shows Arno racing through the streets of Paris, trying to reach Elise before she is beheaded. Elise may not be all that friendly, though. Turns out she is not an Assassin, but is trying to climb the ranks of the Templar Dynasty during the chaos of the revolution. This sounds a bit familiar…
Elise will also be featured in a book with the same name as the game, “Assassin’s Creed Unity”. The story will be told from Elise’s perspective, and will follow her and Arno as they play out their parts in this Assassin/Templar conflict we have all come to enjoy. Check out the trailer below.
