While many of us were excited for Symmetra to get some extra utility, when the update was finally released it was pretty obvious that she was overbuffed. We were expecting to see some balancing regarding Symmetra, but it doesn’t look like that is happening. The latest Developer update below clearly explains why we shouldn’t expect to see a balance update to Sym anytime soon. Actually, some additional changes are in the pipe for Symmetra that will certainly make her even stronger.
In lieu of a well deserved Symmetra nerf we can expect to see some updates regarding Hanzo in competitive mode, and finally having a scoreboard that shows some important information.
