Remix or Beta? The surprise third option!
There's so much to do... in real life! At least Kura has been playing and getting all the bronze!...
Nick, Rei, Kura, and Eric are back this week to talk about what they’ve been doing in WoW! In this case, they’ve all been splitting their time between The War Within Beta and the Mists of Pandaria Remix.
First, Rei talks about raiders that struggle comprehending loot rules that have been the same. She also talks about players who were struggling to get into +4s while running +10 dungeons.
They also talk about how they are feeling about the beta. Rei talks about how the spellbook changes are nice but the full screen window blocks her guildchat. They talked about rolling new characters with the warband screen and not realizing which beta server they were rolling on. Nick and Kura talked about their thoughts on the Warband screen. They also talk about how players are getting upset on the forums about the beta being buggy. Rei talks about how she is diligent in submitting bug reports. They also talk about their excitement for the hero talents and how sky riding has been working for the various mounts on the beta. They also talk about how Blizzard took a while to grant beta access to people who ordered the physical Collector’s Edition of The War Within.
They also talk about how they have been playing Mists of Pandaria Remix. They talk about the ease of leveling characters as Kura has amassed an army of Pandaren. They mention the recent buff to bronze and how easy it is to buy many of the mounts and cosmetics. Nick talks about how Blizzard is effectively burning the expansion in the sense that anyone playing Remix should have no need to go back to Pandaria on retail for anything, as they can get everything for Bronze now. They also talk about the speed of the raiding and other content.
In the news, Executive Producer John Hight has left Blizzard, and the War Within launch date was announced at the Microsoft Games event.
They take a very quick look back at episode #267 when the Pull The Cord controversy had emerged.

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.
Rei is the 1 of the 5 SEELE members and the Ops Director at MTB. She enjoys anime, baking, cooking, gaming ( fighting, puzzle, rhythm, RPGs ), and spending WAY too much time working on spreadsheets. Current Games: Tales of Crestoria, WoW
Auto mechanic, car enthusiast, gamer, runner and almost never serious, Eric has been ditching responsibilities and gaming since age 7. His favorite genres are FPS and racing, although most of his game time is currently spent on WoW
Virtua Fighter 5 Revo, MK1 Ghostface impressions, GGST patch problems, and the best selling fighting games..
Blythe joins us to talk about being a new player in Azeroth, while the gang talks talks about raiding and tanking.
We bring you a spoiler-free initial thoughts on 7.1, and our live reaction (at the time) to the XIV Mobile announcement!
Chip does not think highly of Alec Ryder's decision making skills. And have we found our Kaiden and Ashley?
