A potential conflict of interest between the California Department for Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission could cause major damage to the case against the company. We discuss the potential issues this presents to those suing Acti-Blizz and talk about the lack of public response to this major development.

Afterwards, we recap the last week of off-season action as more teams liquidate players. We talk about recent players releases as well as major retirements from some Overwatch’s greatest talents.

We wrap up with a look at a possible cut to the Overwatch League’s “soft salary cap” and discuss what this could mean for player benefits going forward.
