Offseason: October Recap (2021)

We kick off this month’s episode with a review of recent commitments from Blizzard leadership. We talk about their announced commitments to diversity and to accountability, and how the push for further measures is still to come. We also go into recent announcements regarding the departure of co-leader Jen O’Neal and major delays coming to Overwatch 2. We go on to recap the huge haul of free agency news as teams begin to solidify their rosters heading into Season 5. We talk about the major changes coming to each OWL team, which players are going where, and what needs teams still have left to fill.
