All Things 5.3 (Final Fantasy XIV Patch Discussion)
3/4 hosts recommend you use this time to catch up on the Crystal Tower quests; 4/4 hosts recommend you listen to this podcast. Time to rant about all things on the most recent live letter....
It’s time for another mentor roulette! Wait, that can’t be right. While Pan talks about mentor roulette for most of the episode, the rest of the crew is talking about bigger and better things, relics! The first relic stage is easy, so easy that some members of the free company already obtained every single one (yes, that also means the Skysteel tools). In addition to the new relic weapon there was also new relic gear that was locked behind an ex trial, which all of the hosts actually did together. To wrap the episode up the discussion moved to the announced live letter happening on the 24th. What do you expect in the definitely delayed 5.3; new game plus, NieR raid, or missing voice acting?

Chip does not think highly of Alec Ryder's decision making skills. And have we found our Kaiden and Ashley?
