Covenant Abilities and Eric's Alts
Rei and the guild got AotC, Eric is moving onto his alts, and Nick reviews the Covenant Abilities situation....
The gang is back to talk about what’s been going on with World of Warcraft this week!
First, Harv talks about how he hasn’t played much and doesn’t have much motivation beyond logging in to raid. Nick asks if Harv has been using the Winds of Wisdom 100% buff to experience, but he does not care to.
Then, Nick talks about Blizzard working remotely and some of the news that has come out about Bungie and how they are letting their employees work remotely. He talks about the art teams and cinematics teams being affected most by the change, and speculates that Shadowlands may be delayed a bit, or we may not see as many cinematics as we otherwise might because of the remote work.
The gang then talks a bit about Classic WoW as a way to let Blizzard survive the content lulls, and brings up the recent survey about character creation in Burning Crusade Classic. Everyone is excited for BC Classic but the real hype is for the eventual Wrath Classic.
Rei talks about raiding and how the guild has to practice social distancing on Il’gynoth.
Eric talks about how he is getting bored tanking the Ny’alotha raid. He feels the mechanics are mostly too simple and he is looking for a way to challenge himself as a tank or dps again.
In the news, Blizzard has made getting rank 3 essences across specs easier. They are also adding legacy loot to Legion dungeons now. Activision Blizzard has a new Chief Communications Officer. And the Anaheim Convention Center released a statement that hints at Blizzcon 2020.
Next, Nick and Harv look back at episode #55 from May 2016.

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.
Rei is the 1 of the 5 SEELE members and the Ops Director at MTB. She enjoys anime, baking, cooking, gaming ( fighting, puzzle, rhythm, RPGs ), and spending WAY too much time working on spreadsheets. Current Games: Tales of Crestoria, WoW
Auto mechanic, car enthusiast, gamer, runner and almost never serious, Eric has been ditching responsibilities and gaming since age 7. His favorite genres are FPS and racing, although most of his game time is currently spent on WoW
Chris has been playing World of Warcraft since 2007. When he's not playing his hunter in Azeroth, he's probably playing one of his many alt hunters. If not doing that, he's probably playing a different hunter.
Chip does not think highly of Alec Ryder's decision making skills. And have we found our Kaiden and Ashley?
Blazzinbob welcomes guests NoHitJerome, EbonHardt, and HelloJTello!
