EVO Japan brought us a hype tournament, announcements, controversies, and Cammy is looking cheap....
On today’s episode, we review Street Fighter 6 footage from the PAX East Invitational tournament featuring some favorite players like Punk, Nephew, JB and iDom. Last week, Lars and Jack-8 trailer dropped for Tekken 8. They’re both sporting new looks while showcasing their new moves, and their very flashy Rage Arts. Fighting EX Layer shared videos teasing what could be coming to the game soon, including side stepping and more never before seen combat mechanics.
EVO Japan is this weekend. We discuss who we will see there, what new game builds to expect, and speculate about announcements. Finally, Multiversus surprised our hosts with the news that they will close the “beta” in June, and we needed some extra support for some insight in our Focus Attack.
